When you are searching for a ticket on a non-standard route that involves transfers on the way, websites can offer you only those flights that can be issued in one ticket. As a rule, these are flights of the same airline with compatible fares.
Suggested routes are not always possible. We have created smart routes so that you don’t think over the points of transfer yourself and don’t issue segments of the route with separate orders, combining flights by transfer time, calculating the time to get and re-check luggage, to check-in and passport and visa control.
Smart search system on Kupi.com will offer you smart routes consisting of split tickets from different airlines at minimum fares. One order may contain the cheapest tickets of carriers of different levels - from low-cost airlines to premium.

On the search page, you can enable the filter by transfer points and select one where you haven't been.

If one of the flights was canceled or delayed, please contact us and we will cover the cost of the missed part of the route. Please note that we do not refund your expenses if you purchased your tickets for the next flight yourself when the connection was disrupted due to the airline's fault, or if you exchanged tickets not through our service.
